You missed the deadline, but we are giving you a second chance so you owe us a favor helping out in a future WACV (being a reviewer, AC, pub chair, etc..)

You now have until Tuesday 2/25 5PM MST to upload your file as below. Otherwise, you risk your paper being pulled and at best only a poster presentation.

Here’s a quick summary of the steps (see instructions for more detail):

  • Your file must be in mp4 format
  • Your file must be exactly 2 minutes and 55 seconds long
  • Please name your file YOURPAPERNUMBER.mp4 where “YOURPAPERNUMBER” is your WACV paper ID
  • If your file needs audio (not you talking but say an audio segment that is part of the data), then email vidoes@vast.uccs.edu

You will receive an email with a link to the file.  Our file name will be Papernumer and a few words from your title. If you do not see an email after your submission,  check your SPAM folder.  Note with high server loaded expected it might take a while to transcode your video which is done before the link will work, so if the link is not there it may still processing.

Upload Your Conference Video

WACV wil be recording talks and posting them on Youtube. THis section is about that video, and your answer here does not impact your right to present at the conference.
